Lewis Hamilton’s life away from the racetrack has long attracted as much attention as his Formula 1 career. As one of the highest-paid drivers in the sport’s history, the seven-time world champion has carefully built a global portfolio reflecting his wealth and taste for exclusivity.

Now, a high-end real-estate investment in the United States has once again placed the Ferrari driver in the spotlight, this time through a “luxury project” shared with an iconic American sports star and carrying a reported price tag of €37 million.

A Global Investor with a Taste for Prestige

Hamilton’s move to Ferrari marks a new chapter in his professional career. However, financially, the British driver has been thinking long-term for years. With one of the largest salaries in Formula 1 and lucrative endorsement deals, he has diversified his wealth across fashion, lifestyle brands, and property.

Real estate, in particular, has been a consistent focus. From Europe to the United States, Hamilton has acquired properties that reflect his international lifestyle, as well as his preference for privacy, comfort, and architectural prestige.

A Manhattan Penthouse Worth €37 Million

According to Le Journal de la Maison, Hamilton purchased a luxury penthouse in Manhattan as part of an exclusive real estate development co-owned by NFL legend Tom Brady. The project is described as a high-end residential complex aimed at an elite clientele, blending hotel-level services with private living.

Hamilton’s apartment reportedly spans 2,129 square feet and offers sweeping views of the Hudson River. Its size alone places it among the most impressive private residences in New York.

Its amenities are said to include a private swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and even a squash court—features more commonly associated with five-star hotels than private homes. All of this reportedly cost approximately €37 million, underlining the investment’s exclusivity.

A Shared Project with Tom Brady

Although Hamilton and Brady come from different sports, the collaboration makes sense. Both are global icons and multiple-time champions who are known for carefully curating their public image and business ventures.

The real estate project reflects their shared interest in long-term prestige investments rather than short-term speculation. For Hamilton, it also strengthens his ties to the United States, where he spends more and more time outside the Formula 1 calendar.

Hamilton’s Private Life Back in the Headlines

Away from property investments, Hamilton has also been making headlines for more personal reasons. His private life has been closely followed since his high-profile split from singer Nicole Scherzinger in 2015, and any hint of a new relationship quickly attracts attention.

Recently, rumors linking Hamilton to Kim Kardashian have gathered pace. According to The Sun, the two reportedly enjoyed a getaway last weekend at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds in England. The speculation intensified when People magazine cited a source who claimed that the pair later met in Paris for a “romantic date.”

Fame Beyond the Formula 1 Paddock

Whether discussing multimillion-dollar investments or rumored relationships with global celebrities, Hamilton continues to command attention far beyond the Formula 1 paddock. His influence now extends to lifestyle, fashion, business, and popular culture, establishing him as one of the sport’s most recognizable figures worldwide.

As he prepares for life at Ferrari, it’s clear that Hamilton remains just as active—and newsworthy—off the track as he is on it.

Aston Martin’s ambitions under the ownership of billionaire Lawrence Stroll are a moonshot to propel a midfield team to punch with the best at the front of the Formula One grid. State of the art facilities have been built in Silverstone costing hundreds of millions, along with the latest wind tunnel design and a host of ‘rocket science’ simulation tools.

The Canadian has also assembled a management dream team with Adrian Newey now leading the way as team principal, along with Andy Cowell and ex-Ferrari technical wizard Enrico Cardile. Cowell is credited as being the mastermind behind the all dominent Mercedes hybrid powertrain first launched in 2014, which won seven drivers championships and eight constructor titles for the Brackley based team.

Newey was originally recruited as the managing pattern for all things technical, although in a surprise late season announcement in 2025, he was promoted to team boss whilst Cowell moved across to become the linch pin between the team and Honda.

As an F1 technical whizz, Newey has repeatedly found himself in confrontation with those above him starting as early as in his formative years at Leyton House, resulting in “shouting matches” with Ian Keeble who doubted Newey’s radical diffuser design claims.

At both Williams and McLaren, Newey found himself at odds with the likes of Patrick Head and Ron Dennis and even in his nigh on twenty years at Red Bull, there were clashes with the team’s engine partner Renault along with team boss Christian Horner.
