The Team
The TJ13 Team is the editorial backbone of TJ13. At its centre is The Judge, a person who has been involved in Formula 1 for over 30 years and continues to provide scoops, exclusives and razor-sharp analysis under a nom de plume.
Supporting The Judge are Senior Editors A.J. Hunt and C.J. Alderson, both experienced journalists who ensure the site’s reporting remains fast, accurate and true to the TJ13 style.
The core writing team spans four professional journalists from different backgrounds: T.J. Treze, Alex Stanton, Clara Marlowe, and Sofia Trevena. Together, they cover everything from finance and politics to technical innovation, features and analysis.
To maintain seven-day coverage, the Judicial Board is supported by a rotating freelance pool currently consisting of Diego Monteiro, Henry Cooper, Isabelle Rowland, and Nick Tretton. These contributors bring expertise in motorsport history, junior series, trackside atmosphere and data analysis.
Collectively, the Judicial Board delivers the depth, wit and scepticism that has made TJ13 a unique voice in Formula 1 for over a decade. The team’s guiding principle remains unchanged: Formula 1 deserves both reverence and irreverence, and no story should go unchallenged.
