CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1) To enter the competition you must be 13 years old or over at the time of entry and minors must have their parents/guardian’s permission.
2) Any competition run by thejudge13.com is not open to contributors or writers (or members of their immediate families) of thejudge13.com or any third party company whom is also involved.
3) No purchase necessary.
4) Only one entry per person.
5) To enter the competition draw, instructions must be followed exactly as displayed on the appropriate social network picture used to enter.
6) The winner will be chosen at random.
7) The competition will run until the end of the 18th July 2014 with the winner being announced week commencing the 21st July 2014.
8) If you win the competition draw, we will notify you via the appropriate social network used to enter, thejudge13.com‘s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner fails to respond to our email within 7days with full contact details, we reserve the right to disqualify their entry and select an alternative winner in their place (and to continue this process as necessary until a winner responds as required, and we reserve the right to alter subsequent timings for announcements, award of prizes etc as necessary in such event).
9) By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as thejudge13.com may reasonably require.
10) Prize for this competition will consist of a replica polo shirt from f1store.formula1.com/ chosen by you (from the list outlined in point 11). The prize will not be transferable to another person. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
11) The prizes available are replica polo shirts of; McLaren, Toro Rosso, Williams, Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull Racing, Lotus or Sauber formula one teams.
12) The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
13) Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
14) By participating in this competition, you agree to release and hold thejudge13.com, and selected third parties, any agency acting on their behalf and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the competition, including, without limitation: (i) awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize awarded herein; (ii) damage or loss arising from any virus, trojan horse or malicious software transmitted or activated as a result of participation; and (iii) participation in any prize related activities, such as travelling to or from any prize or award related activity. This exclusion of liability shall not apply to death or personal injury caused as a result of the promoter’s negligence.
15) thejudge13.com reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this, we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the competition page.
16) thejudge13.com and third parties will instruct f1store.formula1.com/ to send out the prize to the winner ASAP after the competition closes.
