  1. His best result ever in qualifying. Good first stint. Was unlucky with red flag situation. Although talking too much, what he said made really sense. Learned that “No” works in two directions…

  2. Had to be RoGro, outstanding achievement. Respect for Ricciardo, maybe if he stops smiling people will start to appreciate how good he is! Young Pascal also impressed and gets my nod for rookie of the race over a steady showing from Palmer and a not so special if devilishly vote catching turn from Rio. The young Alonso chap will probably improve once he gets a bit of experience!

  3. Grosjean for grabbing the first opportunity he got with a new team. Ricciardo also wasn’t doing much wrong either. I had fun with the Toro Rosso boys, but next time both should switch back to more maturity (Sainz wasn’t any better with burning up his tyres and by so needing to come in much earlier as what had been agreed (after Verstappen)).
