Last week’s question(s): Can you name the driver, car and the number of wins he recorded in the season the photo was taken. Can you also name the Grand Prix where the photo was taken?
The answer(s) I was looking for was: The driver in the photo was Australian Alan Jones, taking his first win of the season in a Shadow DN8 Cosworth during the 1977 Austrian Grand Prix held on the 14th August at the Österreichring. Jones replaced Tom Pryce who lost his life at the South African GP earlier that year.
