Formula 1 boss responds to Vettel’s criticism – Sebastian Vettel recently made a big announcement about the future of Formula One: if it does not adapt to the planet’s ecological challenges then it will become extinct.
And the German driver has obviously been heard by the F1 big boss, Stefano Domenicali. A few days ago, Sebastian Vettel made some important revelations about the future of Formula 1. The German driver stated that:
“if Formula 1 does not adapt to change, to the challenges and global problems, it risks being overtaken or even disappearing in the next ten years, even if its audience increases” regarding the ecological impact it has on the planet.
His words did not go unnoticed and were heard by Stefano Domenicali. And the Formula One boss was quite sympathetic to Sebastian Vettel when he spoke about the subject.
For Domenicali, Vettel’s words are “rather a positive impulse from someone who is seriously concerned about the future”.
“Vettel’s words about the future of F1? I don’t want to take that as a criticism. I see it more as a positive impulse from someone who is seriously concerned about the future.
“I have spoken to him about this countless times. For me, it is constructive criticism. If someone criticises Formula One for the sake of criticism, I don’t care. But I take constructive criticism to heart,” said Stefano Domenicali.
