Welcome to this week’s addition of TheJudge13 #F1 Bar Exam
Last week’s question(s): Can you name the year, the model, manufacturer and the driver in the photo. This car’s predecessor has an honour bestowed on it, what is it?
The answer(s) I was looking for were: The car in the photo is a Dallara 188 raced in the 1988 Formula 1 season by BMS Scuderia Italia. The car was designed by Sergio Rinland who also served as the team’s chief engineer. Cosworth provided their Ford DFZ V8 and Italian Alex Caffi was signed to drive the team’s sole entry. The team was unable to score any points, but qualified for fourteen of sixteen races during the year. Caffi earned a best finish of seventh at the Portuguese Grand Prix, one position outside of the points
The predecessor to the car was the Dallara 3087 which holds the honour of being the last non-Formula One car to enter a Formula One Grand Prix.
Well done to AJ, Mike, Andrew and Carlo!
This week’s question(s): Can you name the team in the picture below? Can you also name all the drivers that drove for the team and how many wins the team scored. Bonus point if you can name the Team Principals the team had.
Please provide your answers in the field below.
And what can I win 😀
