Welcome to this week’s edition of thejudge13 Bar Exam. Thank you to everyone who took part in last week’s exam.
Last week’s question: Name the car, driver and circuit in the picture and the race(s) won. Can you also name the driver(s) that won race(s) in the car and the Grand Prix.
The answers I was looking for was: The driver was Joakim Bonnier with Porsche F1-804 at GP of Germany on Nürburgring. He came 7th but did not win a race for Porche during this year.
The only driver to have won a race in the Porsche was Dan Gurney at the 1962 French Grand Prix held at Rouen-Les-Essarts on July 8. It was here that he took his first and Porsche’s only win as a constructor in Formula 1. Another race won by the car was the “Solituderennen” at Castle Solitude in Stuttgart. This race was also won by Gurney.
Well done to Karbry, Simon, “D”, Jon, Mike and Cassius.
This week’s question: Can you name the two cars in the picture below? Also, the two cars look very similar on the outside but what was the big difference on the inside? Also, the manufacturer of the cars can claim something that only Ferrari can also claim, what is it.
Please provide your answers in the field below.
