With the Corona Virus wiping out the start of the Formula 1 season, we have broadcast tonight the first ever official Virtual GP organised by Formula 1 itself.
Nico Hülkenberg and Nicholas Latifi will be at the start. Lando Norris is also present again plus a mix of real drivers, sim racers and guests.
Johnny Herbert will make his virtual debut in the Grand Prix, along with Stoffel Vandoorne and Esteban Gutierrez who will take a seat in the Mercedes again.
After a qualifying disaster, McLaren’s Lando Norris call’s up non-participant F1 driver and fellow sim-race Max Verstappen for some advice at starting last on the grid.
Who knew the Dutchman was such a genuine comedian!
The virtual GP starts at 9PM GMT and can be viewed below.
