9 only because of the protracted safety cars (marshals seemed slow and/or incomplete at cleaning up debris).
Every IndyCar street race is the same as Azerbaijan GP………..

That’s debatable. It is exciting, don’t know if it’s really racing………..
Agree with Tuj the safety car periods were too lengthy. Think this is due to relatively narrow track layout and the marshals seemed to be pretty tardy for sure. As for the Verstappen/Ricciardo smashup it’s pretty clear that there was a move to the right to cover Ricciardo’s feint followed by a 2nd move to the left. Verstappen’s judgement was pretty bad and fully deserves some penalty points on his Superlicense.
