Brought to you by TheJudge13 contributor Mattpt55 – the best in FIA Press Conferences looked at slightly irreverently
Ever wonder what the drivers and team principals really think at the pressers? Wonder if the Telly left anything out? Now you can find out yourself in the all new #TJ13 Feature Presser Notebook ready for you to peruse at your leisure. Enjoy. Like technical documents, too, but can’t find them anymore on the FIA site? Worry not, just check out the #TechF1 series published before each Grand Prix, right here on #TJ13.
Drivers Presser Grand Prix of Canada
Thanks for that Matt, after watching the drivers feed yesterday I did get the feeling that the Max/Massa spat will go on for a while, maybe its a failing of a racing driver or maybe just teen bravado but Max clearly hasn’t taken anything on board from Monaco, even the penalty seems to have missed the target. Now Lewis…it is understandable that he is probably sick to the back teeth of the one question from the race but we still haven’t heard his call on things, one thing is this year he has def got his PR in check
Maybe it’s because everybody in max’ entourage (and most of his fellow country men) don’t believe he’s at fault here. And if you hear a lie frequently enough it becomes the truth. And if they keep blowing smoke up his arse it won’t get any better I guess. But on the other hand all the drivers don’t ever blame themselves. Nor does their entourage I guess. The thing is you can only learn from mistakes. But you have to be willing to do that. And that’s the most important factor here.
Hear, hear…
‘Why do we fall?..so we can learn to pick ourselves up’, great words from a great man (Thomas Wayne 😉 I fully agree with you bruznic. It is a common failing with any young generation, not being able to see that your at fault, anyone saying they didn’t do that has probably never received a speeding ticket at 17 yrs of age lol. The young Max has been painted as the next senna and such but what we forget is who IMHO was the greatest driver, and he wasn’t a young stallion but a small bandy legged maestro called (down on your knees please) jaun and did he ever make a mistake..yes and he was a gent about it…oh different times. Max has the chance to be a good driver but as we know, the red bull roundabout does not take prisoners and frankly if he was such a star would he not be blowing the compation away?..Schumacher at spa, vettle in the Italian gp in the torro rosso,Alonso in the Minardi. Its a short list but you get the point
For that quote alone you get my +1 😂
what are the chances of you publishing the pit to car to pit radio transcripts? so far all we’ve seen are the heavily censored versions on F1 fanatic? maybe then, and only then, will get the compete picture of what happened with merc in monaco.
If I knew where to find it I would be happy too. Everything I do comes from the FIA site, and they most definitely do not put up radio transcripts. If you have any leads feel free to email me @gmail.com. In the meantime I’m pretty sure F1F transcribes the audio played OTA which is the best we’re likely to do. My understanding is the FOM director is in charge of that . Which is why we never get to hear the good stuff.
There is this. http://www.formula1.com/content/fom-website/en/video/2015/6/Moving_on_from_Monaco_for_Mercedes.html
I’m not sure if it too is edited.
Is the Judge the troll in disguise? A link to this request of transcript results in an article, much later. Bernie, is that you?
Hmm are you talking about the link the judge tweets? Or something else. FIA have changed how they link stuff so it may be the links are broken in old articles.
