In a move inspired by European soft drinks, his Lordship, The Judge, has decided to introduce a lite version of the weekly podcast. It has none of the gravitas of the usual offering and this weeks panel consider their most embarrassing sporting moments.

From the Southern Hemisphere we have John ‘The Shooter’ Myburgh, from Murica we have once more the pursed lips of Matt the Trumpet, we then have Adam who has journeyed from the Aztecs to cities of Florence and Milan and decided that Manchester was simply idyllic and finally we have the void-filling Hippo all the way from Germany – all discussing their personal selective moments.

For those with a sensitive disposition, it may well be a good time to take an extended holiday. This can only end in tears..
