This week’s show features a return to the fold of the lexically challenged but fairly knowledgeable social media guru Craig Alderson (pronounced KR), who displays rather a striking weakness for strong cider in the course of the podcast. He is joined by Anil “Nutella” Parmar spreading the love of circuit design, and the stench of bromance hung heavy in the shed indeed. Chief Finger Waggler AJ, who took time out from his busy schedule to criticise everything then drag it right into the gutter, was joined by perennial podcaster Mattpt55, who waxed so loquaciously on the Judge’s opening question that a chainsaw was required for the edit. A slightly drunken but otherwise nattily attired SpannersReady again took his place chained to the Hosting chair.

This week’s panel ignored the Formula E race in favor of droning on endlessly about the events in Barcelona, so apologies to all three of you who follow Formula E. But with pressers, hijinks and lasers to talk about it’s quite understandable that time was in short supply. The finer points of the race get covered as well, with discussions of strategy, brake regulations, Lotus’ daring new improvised rear wing design (who knew Maldonado was an engineer to boot) as well as the proper technique for launching a front jack man…

Spanners managed to ask a hard question this week (the miserable !@#$%@#!$) in his rather successful attempt to fool the panel, with only one panel member getting it right. See if you can spot the fiction amongst the Formula 1 facts.

Things were learned as well this week, not least of which were that it was all the fault of Lewis’ clutch and that the only thing better than vodka, is Nutella flavoured vodka. Also learned was the fact that Swiss irony comes in a small packet with tiny marshmallows.

Thanks again to the Jury as they provided excellent fodder for conversation with important race questions such as “are sausage rolls in the UK the same as gas station hot dogs in the US?”. Once we’ve eaten enough of them we promise to let you know. Also, our apologies for ignoring all your race analyses in favor of making poop jokes. We promise we’ll do better next week. Really…..
