How did I do last time?
I am finally back after ill health and sick internet.
For once, there is nothing spectacular happening in the heavens on race day.
What can we expect to see in the French Grand Prix?
Mood for the weekend – Ten of Spears
What to look out for – Ace of Coins
Outcome – The Magician
Mood for the Weekend: Ten of Spears
On the card, a man is carrying lances after a jousting competition.
The suit of Spears represents the element of fire, this shows us passion, creativity, pizzazz and self will.
The picture on the card is of a man bent double carrying ten lances, this shows us a burden. Someone out there is carrying a burden of responsibility that is slowing him down, someone or some team that is bearing this burden alone, they need to delegate and share this burden; you know the old proverb, Many Hands Make Light Work.
As soon as the burden is off your shoulders, you will be running at full capacity.
What to look out for: Ace of Coins
On the card, a coin is held in a pair of hands, it is the iron coin Jaqen H’ghar gave Arya Stark as a guarantee of safe passage to Braavos and the House of Black and White.
The suit of coins (or pentacles) represents the element of earth; this in turn shows us the material world, home, money, family, career and the actual earth.
This is a card of the beginnings financial security. It’s well know that a cost cap is being discussed between the teams and this may possibly rear his ugly head again, but the outcome may be more promising.
In Game of Thrones, the coin is the one given to Arya by Jaqen H’ghar, a Faceless Man from Braavos, which is also the home of the Iron Bank, the biggest financial institution in Essos. This could mean an invisible benefactor is making a contribution to the finances of a particularly cash strapped team, or a legendary assassin is at work in the paddock (joke, honest).
Outcome: The Magician
On the card, the figure on the card is Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish, standing in his brothel. behind him, on a red, shelved wall are the suit symbols, the Sword is represented by Catspaw, the Valyrian steel dagger that was used to try to kill Bran Stark after his fall and ultimately caused Littlefinger’s downfall at the hands of the Stark children.
As well as the suit symbols is the infinity symbol and the necklace he used to frame Sansa Stark for Joffrey’s murder, there is also a raven and scroll, information is key to Littlefinger’s machinations. On his coat is a broach of a Mockingbird. A Mockingbird imitates the sounds of other birds and animals and this is Littlefinger all over, changing his tune to suit his ends.
This is a Major Arcana card, its message is important in this reading.
Traditionally, the Magician stands for using everything at his fingertips to get what he wants and he will get what he wants, by fair means or foul, he is also a trickster which is Littlefinger all over.
Someone has a lot of powerful things at his fingertips to get exactly what he wants; I think this is related to the previous card, someone has a lot of information and allies to put a spanner in the works of the cost cap, someone who is in it for himself rather than for the good of the sport.
Summary:
It’s beginning to look like this reading is about finances, towards the back of the grid, finance is a burden, they want to cost cap to be lower, something they can afford. The Ace gives the impression that real progress is being made and a breakthrough is coming.
However, someone has other ideas, someone is looking at making things work for him, he has everything he needs at hand to make it happen, do not trust anything this person says; he’s a trickster.
I think I just landed in a parallel internet universe – Get me out of here!
Will any of this help Seb recover his Mojo?
I don’t think so, his Pre Season reading was 5 of Cups, a card of mourning and loss it’s here if you want a read https://wp.me/p3SSbM-6e
