  1. It has to be either Button or Hamilton. Both destroyed their teammates and got the optimal result in the process.Vettel did what he had to didnt he (beat Ricciardo)? So there is no need to make Vettel the best driver of the weekend just for beating Colgate boy IMHO. Plus he nearly DNF’d by making a big mistake. Saying that, Hamilton went off track 2-3 times so Button takes the crown for me.

    • That is exactly why hamilton can’t be driver of the race. Made mistakes and people with bad cars lapped some times much faster as him (and rosberg) both with the best car… so I see your point of choosing button.

Hold your horses. K Man had a glitch (what, conspirationists out there haven’t noticed this??), and (from memory) had to pit almost immediately after his 1st pitstop to change his steering wheel. Jense got the same treatment, but only along with his regular pitstop. So all in all, we cannot compare their headline performance..

      • Magnussen went off track multiple times and even tried to pass Button in a aggressive way while Button was fighting for a podium and K-Mag was a lap down. So I’m not basing my decision solely on Magnussen’s pace.

  2. For me it’s Button, for proving that the SC stayed out too long at first, by promptly coming in for inters and charging up the field.
