How would you rate the 2014 German Grand Prix? Rosberg spent a rather anonymous afternoon in the front but Hamilton was doing a great job overtaking from the back with other fights up and down the grid as well. Please let us know in the comments why you voted the way you did.
Gave it a seven. Despite the oppressive merc domination, like in the last half of last year, if you looked beyond P1 it was a jolly entertaining affair with lots of midfield mayhem. ‘Nando is always good for a fight and this time it was the other Red Bull he had a brawl with.

Yep. 7-8 . Unsatisfactory climax, but some cool in-race action. A lot of the fun was an indirect result of the lap one safety car though.
BTW, F1.com has Kyvat’s reason for retiring as “Ignition”. I want to believe that’s a serruptitious gag slipped in by one of Bernie’s drones with tendency for disobedience 🙂

6 for me. Lower if Ricciardo and Alonso didn’t have that cracking few laps. Nothing else was that inspiring tbh.
gave an 8 because of those great 3 way battles, and various other battles. of course lewis’s climb was amazing. i hate this track but this race was great. cant give it more than that because there was no battle for the lead really.
but just imagine how much more passing and drafting we would have if it were the old hockemheim!
