Another week and another #F1 Bar Exam from TheJudge13

Last week’s question(s): Can you name the team in the picture below? Can you also name all the drivers that drove for the team and how many wins the team scored. Bonus point if you can name the Team Principals the team had.

The answer(s) I was looking for were: The team in the picture was the BAR (British American Racing) team founded out of the remains of Tyrrell in 1999 after Craig Pollock convinced British American Tabacco to invest in Formula 1.

Drivers for the team included former world champion Jacques Villeneuve, Ricardo Zonta, Takuma Sato, Jenson Button, Mika Salo, Olivier Panis and Anthony Davidson.

Team Principals for the team was Craig Pollock, David Richards and Nick Fry. The team went on to become Brawn GP with Jenson Button winning the Drivers World Championship in 2009 and then Mercedes GP in 2010.

Well done to Mike, Andrew, Yura, Frans, Steve, Prashanth, AJ, Andae, Danilo, Auq, Taflach, Bruznic, Alex, Bender and Henrik.

This week’s question(s): Can you name the driver in the photo. What year did he make his Formula 1 debut and in which lower formulae did he share a joint position with another Formula 1 driver? There is also some history between these two drivers, both on and off the track, not necessarily Formula 1, what is it?
